SIM Card Replacement Procedure
The Teltonika backup modem provides stores with internet connectivity in the event their main internet service is interrupted. Use the steps below for the process on replacing the SIM card used with the backup modem.

Equipment needed - SIM eject tool, most commonly used by mobile phones.
Press SIM eject tool into SIM tray eject slot located on the back of the device until SIM tray pops out.
Remove SIM tray.
Swap SIM cards, taking note of original SIM card orientation and placement in SIM tray.
Replace SIM tray into device, ensuring that it is fully inserted.
Press the reset button located on the front of the device for UP TO four seconds only.

Pressing the reset button for twelve or more seconds will force a factory reset of the device, wiping all configuration settings. This will cause the backup internet connection to fail and will require re-configuration by support team members.
