Shift Update Process Type in Version 3.1

Version(s) affected: DataSight 3.1
Issue: The process type of Shift Update was assigned to both Data Conversion from the Regressions tool and the Shift Analysis for the processing of surface water data in accordance with the United States Geological Survey (USGS).
Resolution: In DataSight 3.2, this issue is resolved whereby Shift Update is reserved for the USGS Shift Analysis and data conversion from the Regression tool will be assigned a Data Conversion process type.
