You can record specified on-departure conditions in DSApp. The buttons and/or text entry fields displayed will be determined by your DSApp On Departure Group Variables.
Complete the On-Departure Checklist
Detailed below are the steps to perform if using the default DSApp On Departure Group Variables.

The DATE and TIME fields are used to set the datetime stamps for the data collected.

Tap the date to display a calendar dialogue to set the date of data capture.

Tap the time to display a clock dialogue to set the time of data capture.

If required, tap the seconds to display a number pad to set the seconds. Alternatively, tap the plus or minus buttons to increase or decrease the seconds.

Under ON DEPARTURE, you can choose from:
- Logging On;
- Data Backed Up;
- Solar Panel Cleaned;
- Gas Valve On;
- TB Clean and Cal.;
- Weather Sensor Cal.;
- Desiccant Replaced; or
- Use Autosampling.
- Tapping the condition will select it, which will change the background colour to Yellow and accept the condition.
- To cancel the selection, tap the button again which will change the background to Grey.
- Selected conditions will be populated in as Variable Values in the DataSight database.
- Button responses will be recorded as either a 'Yes' or 'No' value depending on whether the condition has been selected or not.

When Use Autosampling button is selected, a selection dialogue appears to allow you to choose whether the Sampler is on or off.

Tap either Sampler On or Sampler Off as appropriate.

Tap NEXT to save all entered data to your .DSI file and proceed to the File Manager.
