Reported: October 31, 2016

Version(s) affected: DataSight 3.0 and above

Issue: Certain filter descriptors cannot be clicked upon to change them after they have been saved in a normalised or pivoted datasheet or a chart. This applies to the following Filter Descriptors:

  • Is greater than.
  • Is greater than or equal to.
  • Is less than.
  • Is less than or equal to.
  • Is between.
  • Is not between.

Workaround: To work around this issue either,

Click on the variable field and choose another variable or add a new condition row. This will re-activate the descriptor so that it can be selected or changed.

Or,

Remove and re-add any Filter Conditions which contain any of the above Filter Descriptors.
