DSApp is provided under a subscription license model covering on-going development, maintenance and support for DSApp.

In order to use DSApp with your DataSight database you will firstly need to purchase the DSApp feature upgrade, available from your DataSight reseller. The DSApp feature upgrade covers:

• Upgrading your DataSight and component licenses;
• Upgrading your DataSight database;
• Configuring DSApp features within your database; and
• Assistance with customising the DSApp Variable Groups and Variables to your organisational needs.

DSApp's subscription pricing and terms are available on the Google and Apple app stores, or from within DSApp. Please see your DataSight reseller for pricing for the DSApp feature upgrade.

When DSApp is launched, your smart device will require an internet connection for the purpose of validating or purchasing a subscription to DSApp.

A Google Play or Apple ID account, with a valid payment method attached, will be required to purchase a DSApp subscription.

After DSApp starts, a check will be performed on the subscription status of DSApp to determine if an active subscription has been purchased.

• If an active subscription has not been purchased, DSApp will allow you to purchase one.
• When an active subscription has been identified, DSApp will display a message containing the expiration date of the active subscription.

Once the information displayed has been reviewed, you may tap LAUNCH DSAPP to be taken to the Home Page and begin using DSApp.

How to Purchase a DSApp Subscription on a Smart Device

1. Start DSApp, the DSApp Welcome Screen will be displayed, showing a list of available subscription options.
2. Review the list of available subscriptions options displayed.
3. Tap the NEW SUBSCRIPTION button located beneath the subscription you would like to purchase, a pop-up box will be displayed.
4. Enter your account information to log-in to your Google Play or Apple account.
5. Select a payment method to make your purchase.
6. Confirm your subscription purchase.
7. DSApp will complete the purchase and display a message confirming the subscription, along with the expiration date.
8. Tap the Launch DSApp button.
