DataSight is continually improving its database functions to deliver optimal solutions to users. For this reason, DataSight Administrator is provided with options to easily carry out the process of upgrading DataSight databases to the latest release. To take full advantage of DataSight, it is best practice to manage upgrades available for your database with DataSight Administrator.

Upgrade your database

1. Launch DataSight Administrator.
2. Connect to server.
3. Click Manage Upgrades.
4. Choose Database you would like to upgrade by clicking on it from the list.
5. Click on your desired Upgrades. We currently only allow Forward upgrades.
6. Then click Upgrade. A message box will confirm your upgrade.
7. Click OK. Your database should now be upgraded. You can view logs of your upgrade details in the Logs
