DataSight Cloud - DataSight is frozen

DataSight Cloud - DataSight is frozen

In some rare cases, the DataSight application on DataSight Cloud may appear to have frozen. Closing the Parallels Client and reconnecting may not always fix this issue, at which point you will need to log out of your DataSight Cloud sessions and then re-connect by following the steps listed below. Please note that this will forcefully close DataSight and any unsaved work will be lost.

If you are having trouble with the steps below or they are not working for you, please contact support@datasight.cloud and we will be able to assist.
