The DataSight Service may require additional authentication within Windows to allow it to access local folders and/or network pathways.

To configure this, please perform the following steps:

1. Connect or Login to the Windows Server or PC where DataSight Service Manager is installed.
2. From the Windows Start menu, open the Windows Administrative Tools located under the Windows System folder.
3. Double-click on the Services icon to open the Services window.
4. In the list of Windows Services presented, click to select the DataSightService entry.
5. Double-click on the DataSightService entry to open the Properties dialog window.
6. Select the Log On tab to display the account settings for Windows to use in running the service.
7. Click on the This Account radio option.
8. Enter your Administrator Login User Name, or use the Browse button to locate it.
9. Enter your Administrator Login Password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
10. Click the OK button to save the changes.
11. Close the Services window.
12. Navigate to and open DataSight Service Manager.
13. In the DataSight Service Manager window, click the Start button to start the DataSight Service, or click the Restart button to restart the service if it is already running.
