Help

The Help page provides access to both our Online and Offline Help Guides.

The ONLINE HELP GUIDE button opens the device's internet browser and navigates to the login page of Seveno's Support Portal. Access to Seveno's Support Portal is provided with your DataSight Upgrade Protection and Support purchase, or DataSight Cloud subscription.

Please note that the Online Help Guide requires an active internet connection and may incur data charges.

The OFFLINE HELP GUIDE button opens the device's PDF reading application and displays this DSApp Help Manual.
