The ELPRO 805U/905U-D radio modems may be used to extend a Profibus Network. The

Profibus network must be configured to account for the increased delays in data

transmission caused by the radio modems. Also, the profibus network must be connected

to the modem correctly to ensure operation of the network. This document describes the

configuration required.
